Compliance statement

Short version: we publish openly, we screen every inquiry, we comply with the law of the People's Republic of China and of destination countries, and we decline what cannot be supplied lawfully.

Our commitments

  • All equipment supply is subject to the PRC Export Control Law and the dual-use export-control list; items meeting controlled thresholds (including counter-drone jammers above 5 km interference range and counter-drone lasers above 1.5 kW output) are exported only under license.
  • Equipment not on control lists is nevertheless not supplied where we know or should know the end use involves military end use in restricted contexts, terrorism, or weapons-of-mass-destruction programs.
  • Every inquiry undergoes end-user and end-destination screening; we reserve the right to decline any inquiry without explanation.
  • This website's content is technical disclosure for discussion. It is not an offer for sale; nothing here creates a supply obligation.
  • Cases on this site are de-identified; no customer name, site location or deployment detail is published.
  • We do not publish prices. Commercial terms are discussed case by case after technical dialogue and compliance review.
